ACETOMENAPHTHONE

Acetomenaphthone is synthetic vitamin K which is also known as vitmin K4. Vitamin K dietary deficiency is very uncommon. It is mainly needed in the prevention and treatment of bleeding caused by clotting factor deficiency which may rise due to long term intake of antimicrobials, mal-absorption obstructive jaundice, hepatitis, liver cirrhosis.
