ENROFLOXACIN

ENROFLOXACIN is categorized as a antineoplastic agent that is used as a veterinary medicine. It is used in dogs against dermal infections caused by the strains of Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus intermedius, Klebsiella pneumonia, Proteus mirabilis; respiratory infections including tonsillitis, rhinitis and pneumonia and urinary cystitis caused by the strains of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Proteus mirabilis. Moreover, it is also used in cats to treat dermal infections including wounds and abscesses caused by Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pasteurella multocida and Staphylococcus aureus.
