CINCHOCAINE HCL acts as an antiallergic, antipruritic and anti-inflammatory agent. It is used to dilate capillary, treat intercellular oedema as well as regression of tissue infiltration and suppress capillary proliferation. It contains cinchocaine which acts as local anesthetic to ease pain.
