GENTIAN EXTRACT 2-1 is obtained from the plant Gentiana luteua which is useful for exhaustion caused by chronic disease, loss of appetite and digestive system weakness. It acts as a tonic when used in conjunction with a purgative to prevent its debilitating effects. It exhibits anthelmintic, refrigerant, cholagogue, antiinflammatory, febrifuge, emmenagogue and stomachic. It is used in the treatment of gastric infections, liver complaints, anorexia and indigestion.
