To introduce myself, my name is Florencia Bundalian and I joined Trans Chem in August 2015. I am a food technologist and a member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology, and The Institute of Food Technologists USA. You may know me from my time at Connell Brothers, Cathay Industries and DSM Food Specialties. My role at Trans Chem is to source the globe for quality raw materials, beginning with the recent Supply Side West Expo in Las Vegas. The result is the introduction of new items to our range addressing the current health and wellness trends including; natural, gluten-free, allergen-free, low GI, organic, sustainable and GM-free.
