N-Acetyl L-Glutamine is a form of L-glutamine that is soluble in water. It is the most plentiful amino acid found in muscle tissue. Strenuous exercise leads to the depletion of glutamine and due to the water solubility of N-Acetyl L-Glutamine; it is used in pre-workout drinks.
