PYGEUM AFRICANUM EXTRACT 30-1 is obtained form the plant Prunus Africana which is used in the symptomatic treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia including nocturia, urinary retention and polyuria. It also acts as a purgative and is useful to treat stomach and intercostal pain.
