IMIDOCARB is used in the treatment of parasitic infections including babesiosis and canine ehrlichiosis caused by E. canis in dogs. It acts as an anti-protozoal agent and is administered either subcutaneously or intramuscularly by injection. It can be given as an alternative to tetracycline or can be used in along with doxycycline.
