KETOCONAZOLE is an azole antifungal that is used to treat some serious fungal infections including tinea corporis, tinea cruris and tinea pedis. It is also effective against tinea versicolor and dandruff related scalp flaking, itching and scaling. It gives antifungal activity by slowing fungi growth responsible for infection.
