MCC105 plays an important role for wet granulation. It ensures proper distribution of fluid and this provides even granulation as well as helps in proper drying. It acts as a superdisintegrant which gives improved dissolution. It also works excellently in dry granulation formulation. It exhibits recompaction insensitivity and also increased tablet strength.
