PYGEUM AFRICANUM OIL is obtained form the plant Prunus Africana which is used in the symptomatic treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia including nocturia, urinary retention and polyuria. It also acts as a purgative and is useful to treat stomach and intercostal pain.
