MulCare by Geneham is a natural extract from the edible mulberry leaf, which has been shown to assist blood glucose management.  It may reduce postprandial blood glucose more effectively than general alpha-glucosidase inhibitors and assists diabetic treatment.  It tastes great and is a water soluble treatment.  The alkaloids, such as DNJ (1-deoxynojirimycin) when isolated from the mulberry leaf have a strong glycosidase inhibitory effect.
